O'Leary's Gaus Lecture published
Dr. Rosemary O’Leary, our Stene Distinguished Professor, recently had her John Gaus Lecture published on the topic of guerrilla government. The John Gaus Award and Lectureship honors a person’s lifetime of exemplary scholarship in the joint tradition of political science and public administration and, more generally, recognizes and encourages scholarship in public administration. The recipient delivers a lecture at the APSA Annual Meeting. Each award lecture is published in PS: Political Science & Politics. Dr. O'Leary commented, "while the essay is not perfect, I think I correctly 'predicted' an increase in guerrilla government via 'hyper social media'."
