About: Daniel Hanover, a Paul Reaume and Ethan Allen Scholar, graduated magna cum laude from Utah State University with a B.S. in Political Science. During his time at USU, Dan served on the Government Relations Council, a student organization which helps foster stronger connections between college students and local government. As a councilmember on the GRC he registered students to vote, performed community service, and organized campus events with state and civic leaders. In 2014, Dan was a legislative intern for Utah State House Representatives Edward Redd and Scott Sandall. Following his internship, Dan was an active member of the Utah Intercollegiate Legislature where he focused on state healthcare policy.
